A walled garden wraps around this Batignolles house, and white built-in shelves flank the living room fireplace. Four bedrooms hold six beds, and all three bathrooms carry a hair dryer. The dining room has green velvet chairs under a round mirror, and the kitchen beside it has an oven, a stovetop and a washing machine in the scullery. Free parking, air conditioning and a TV in the sitting room come with the house. The village square, the covered market and the park are all within a five-minute walk.

Immaculate throughout, with a bedroom that stays silent and dark. Élodie welcomed us with flowers and croissants.
Four nights felt like living in Paris rather than visiting. The Batignolles park and market are a short walk away.
Everything was perfect, from the crisp linens to the well-stocked kitchen. A rare find in the city.
Good value house in a great part of Paris. The mattress is on the firm side, which suited one of us more than the other.
The host made this stay. Élodie sent a list of favorite places in Batignolles before we arrived and checked in once to make sure we were happy.

The exact location is shared after your reservation is confirmed.
Batignolles is a village that survived inside the city, arranged around a small English-style garden with a pond and a bandstand. Saturday mornings belong to the organic market on the square, and the rest of the week belongs to the residents. A large new park with wide lawns opens up on the northern edge, built over old rail yards. Guests who want to feel like they live somewhere rather than visit it tend to choose this side of the hill.
