This Key Biscayne beach house stands on stilts with the surf a few steps from the deck. Five bedrooms hold seven beds and there are four full bathrooms, so a large group never has to queue. The kitchen runs along the window wall with an oven, a stovetop and a long table beside it, and the utility room holds a washing machine. Free parking, air conditioning, a TV in the living room and a welcome for your dog are all part of the booking. Sun loungers and palm shade wait on the deck, and the lighthouse park trail starts at the end of the sand.

Rosa's beach house sits right on the sand in Key Biscayne. We ate breakfast at the dining table watching the waves.
Four nights of sunsets from the deck and mornings on an empty beach. The house was spotless and fully equipped.
Rosa is a wonderful host who left beach chairs, a cooler and a list of quiet snorkeling spots nearby.
Falling asleep to the surf and waking to the view of palm trees outside the window is the whole point of this house. Perfect.
We picked this place for the location and it paid off; the beach house sits a few minutes from the heart of Key Biscayne.
Warm, friendly and organized — Rosa is the kind of host who makes a new city feel easy.

The exact location is shared after your reservation is confirmed.
Key Biscayne is an island reached by one long causeway, and crossing it changes the pace immediately. Bike paths run the length of it, from a broad public beach at one end to a lighthouse and pine woods at the other. There is one small village center with a handful of restaurants and a grocery store, and that is the whole of the nightlife. Guests come here for water, wind and early nights rather than for the city.
