This Condesa loft faces the park loop, with a leather sofa and a woven wall hanging in the living area. The sleeping area holds two beds and the single bathroom is a full one. The green kitchen has a built-in oven, a stand mixer, a stovetop and a hallway console for the shopping bags. Air conditioning runs through the loft and dogs are very welcome on the park circuit outside. The dog run, the Sunday farmers market and a dozen cafes are all within two blocks.

Neighborhood highlights
Condesa is arranged around two parks, and life here orbits them. The larger one follows the oval of an old racetrack, so its paths curve and walking in a straight line is nearly impossible. Streets are shaded by enormous trees, the buildings curve in soft nineteen-thirties lines, and terraces spill onto the sidewalk on every corner. It is quieter than it looks by day and busier than it looks by night.
