This Gracia loft sits on the corner of a leafy plaza, with a tan leather sofa and a gallery wall on teal paint. The sleeping area holds two beds under a paper pendant lamp, and the single bathroom is a full one. The kitchen has dark green cabinets, white tile, an oven, a stovetop and a washing machine beside the sink. Air conditioning keeps the loft cool, and the rooftops outside run toward the basilica spires at sunset. Plaza cafes, the covered market and the metro are all within two minutes on foot.

Neighborhood highlights
Gràcia was a separate town until the city grew into it, and it still behaves like one. Its life happens in a chain of small squares where children play late, neighbors bring their own chairs and every square has its own bar. Streets are low, narrow and mostly free of traffic, which makes the whole place feel a size smaller than the rest of the city. In August residents decorate entire blocks by hand for the neighborhood festival.
